Aloha, I like the zoom format better than meets and teams... I like polling and other ways for audiences to participate. I also appreciate breakout sessions for connecting and discussing, as well as ability to connect early and visit or stay late and interact (like an in person meeting). Topics? Professionalism in health care that includes recognition of nursing as a salary worthy profession, not relegated to hourly underlings. I like the idea of legal information, liability and accountability topics; mentoring/ precepting support for staff including varied case loads and other rewards. Thank you
